How do I receive my product after purchase?
After your payment is verified by our team, your product key and download link will be activated automatically in your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash payments. After placing your order, upload your payment proof and our team will verify within 24 hours.
Can I use the presentation on multiple devices?
Yes, your product key allows up to 2 downloads, which means you can save the presentation on two of your personal devices (for example, your laptop and your desktop computer).
Are the presentations editable?
No, the presentations are not editable. They are designed to open directly in presentation view (slideshow) mode to ensure a smooth and guided user experience.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy if you have not downloaded the file. Once downloaded, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the product.
How do I use the presentation after unzipping it?
Open the .pptsm file, and it will automatically start in slideshow mode. You can then navigate the content. If a security warning appears (e.g., "This file may be harmful"), make sure to enable the macros so that all interactive features work properly.
Can I write to answer questions inside the presentation?
Yes, you can read, write, listen and press buttons on the Presentation View to interact with the content smoothly. Long texts can scroll up and down in the same page to help with the reading as well. But you need to enable ActiveX controls when opening the file. This allows you to type and interact with the presentation.
What is ActiveX and why do I need to enable it?
ActiveX is a feature in PowerPoint that allows interactive elements (like text boxes or buttons) to function properly. without enabling it, some interactive features may not work properly.
Can I customize the presentation with my own content?
Currently, the presentations are not customizable by the client, as they are locked to preserve their structure and functionality. However, if you need a customized version with specific content, you can contact us for a custom order, and we will create a presentation tailored to your needs.
What devices can I use to open the presentation?
For the best experience, we recommend using:
- A computer (windows preferred)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (desktop version, not online)
Some features may not work properly on mobile devices or PowerPoint online.
Will the presentation work on Mac?
The presentation may open on Mac, but some interactive features (like ActiveX controls) might not function fully. for full functionality, Windows with Microsoft Office is recommended.
Do I need an internet connection to use the product?
Not necessarily. The presentation is fully usable offline after download. It is designed for inclusive learning, allowing users to work without internet access while still offering optional online resources like a few practice links or videos when needed.
